Since 1995 the brothers Palmeri, Sicilformaggi, have developed a little cheese farm to a factory of more than 1600m2. Sicilformaggi produces 30 different cheeses, fresh and matured ‘stagionati’ among witch some rare to find. The most important cheese is the Pecorino Siciliano PDO.
